Comfort is key. And what to wear varies by therapies. Below are a few guidelines to reference.
Yoga Classes (Power, Hot, Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Slow Flow)
Clothing: Lightweight, breathable, and stretchy clothing such as yoga leggings/shorts and moisture-wicking tops.
For Hot Yoga specifically: Choose quick-dry, minimal layers (tank tops, shorts, sports bras) since the room will be heated.
Footwear: Yoga is practiced barefoot to allow stability and grip on the mat.
Meditation
Clothing: Loose, comfortable clothes that allow you to sit or recline with ease.
Layers: A light sweater or shawl can help if you get cool while sitting still.
Massage
Clothing: You’ll typically undress to your comfort level (most people keep underwear on) and are fully draped with sheets/blankets during the session.
Tip: Wear loose, easy-to-remove clothing for before and after your session.
Acupuncture
Clothing: Loose-fitting clothes that can be rolled up to access arms, legs, and sometimes the back or abdomen.
Tip: Shorts and a T-shirt or yoga clothes work well.
